Why hello friends! Oh it has been too long! I'm drawing a little more and more now, and hopefully I can be an active DeviantArt personality once more! I've got some Side Quests episodes in the making (I did try to squeeze a holiday episode in for December, but I didn't. So maybe I can use it for a Christmas in July sort of thing..). 2 episodes are on my current radar now, as well as a B Side Quest. My goal is to finish them before the end of Summer.
I'll try to get some NoPUNintendos out there as well. No, I haven't run out of Nintendo puns! Jeff and I have actually made quite the list. I just need to stop being lazy and draw them. Side Quests is my top priority right now though.
I've also been playing a bit of SWTOR. It's alright. I'm an Imperial Agent (Sniper) on the Belgoth's Beacon server. It'll hold me over until Guild Wars 2. Or maybe TERA. Doesn't feel like much of an MMO so in that aspect it disappoints.
Oh! And a lot of the comments I've got on my stuff, I haven't replied to cause, I had over 40,000 messages. I tried to let it get higher than my page views, but it automatically reset? Cause now I only have 14,000. But yeah, that's my excuse for not replying to most of you.

And thank you again! It's somewhat easy working with my characters because they're all based off of real people, and most of the happenings are exaggerations of real things. It's like Jeff and I (we both write, I draw), have created the little Side Quests universe as a formula, and we throw certain variables (situations) into it and it actually solves it for us, it's quite wonderful

You are a great artist don't doubt that you have a unique style that is your own and I enjoy seeing other artists styles ^^
I also know about backgrounds x.x I have issues with that myself xD which of course I am also working on as I do plan on someday turning my book into a manga that I will post here on deviant art x3 but I mean I just recently learned how to line art and color without cheating by using the dodge/burn tool xD so I've got a ways to go lol I'm 23 but I had a huge art gap in my teens so now I'm trying to catch up to all the other fantastic artists on here x3
I know what you mean by your characters as well, the 3 main characters of my story are based on people I know as well the main chick however is my alter ego xD everything that I am but without the faults lmao! But yea I mean I was done those profiles asap and then I started working on the other main characters and was like ._. I don't know them! I don't even have abilities for them! XD haha!
Characters aren't the only important thing to know either, I learned very quickly how helpful my guide is (a list of events that happen in the book) and I also found out the importance of writing down the history behind my story that will eventually turn into a prequel >3 and I also learned that having that whole Plot, beginning, middle, end, climax, setting, all that stuff was important too.
It's funny tho, I started this book when I was about 11 years old, and it started off as a digimon and sailor moon rip off xD I was a kid lol but over the years it just kept evolving until it was something completely in it's own category which is great x3

That sucks that you don't use instant messengers -.- cuz I'd like to get to know ya like I did with HiddeninShadows xP lol you sound like you'd be quite humorous and I'm sure we'd get along well ^^ either way you have my email u can always send me an email or talk to me on here I guess ><
